Tonight's Rehearsal 9/26 (Sat) 12-5p – Run-Thru Show – Called: FULL CAST OFFBOOK DATE! :D 12:00 Victor's Book (43-47) [Frederick, Inga, Igor, Blucher] Breakdown: 12:00-12:27 - Victor's Book 12:27-12:58 - Monster Awakens 12:58-1:08 - Break 1:08-1:18 - Warmups 1:18-1:25 - Setup for Run 1:25-2:54 - Start Run-Thru Act 1 2:54-3:15 - Break 3:15-3:40 - Finish Act 1 3:40-3:46 - Act I Dance Notes 3:46-5:18 - Run-Thru Act 2 Need to Know Information: - You did it!!! So proud! - On Tuesday we will officially be in the theater, so when you get here, please put your stuff up'stage' of the tech tables in the house. If you guys are sitting in a row with a table, you will be asked to move. We don't get crew until Saturday, so the more you guys can do to help Jayson and myself with all of the set changes, the better!! |

Set - Is it possible to re-use the projected image of Judas hanging when Fred and Igor talk about finding a 7-ft tall man (who has just been hung)? - Can the lab table have small pockets, or 'cups' to hide props in? - Hay Cart: Can the hay cart have a holder for Igor's whip to be placed, the steps on either side need to be reinforced, they buckled a little under the weight; the rail on the hay cart is broken on one of the sides; the section of the cart by the 'horses' end needs to be screwed in further because when the horses 'lift up' to create the rocking, with all of the weight on it, the 'bottom' of the cart is separating from its supports. - New Set Addition: Could we have a wheelbarrow with with Igor and Frederick put the Monster's body after they've stolen it from the graveyard. We're requesting a 'fake body' to use in it, instead of Clint, so it won't need to hold much weight. - The revolving bookcase will need at least two books that can be removed as Frederick searches for the trigger - The Dungeon Flat: the lock under the shelves is difficult to reach now because of the shelves |
Props - 2 Lanterns (Igor and Frederick) - New Prop: 'Fake monster body' that Igor and Frederick dig up from the graveyard. We're asking for a wheelbarrow to cart it around in, instead of Clint. - New Props: Hair/makeup kits for Elizabeth's entourage to carry with them for Surprise and a piece of their 'kit' that they can pull out and use during Surprise; Hair kit/hair brush, makeup kit/brush, wardrobe/extra clothing?, Nail kid/nail file, something for the astrologer to carry around - 'Victor's Book' needs to be large, and old - The revolving bookcase will need at least two books that can be removed as Frederick searches for the trigger - New Prop: Elizabeth needs a compact mirror she uses in Surprise - Do you know where the maroon ottoman went that we had been rehearsing with? I think it's just lost in one of the corners of the rehearsal stage behind things, but I wanted to check with you to see if it might've gotten put away - New Prop: Engagement ring for Elizabeth |
